  •  The investor will receive eleven (11%} annual return accrued over 1.5- 2 years
  • First Payment in 12 months
  • The return will be accrued and paid by the developer upon closing of the sale of the property.
  • Riverview, CT Property, LLC has invested to date in excess of $3,000,000 including the purchase of the property, site engineering and subdivision approval, site clearing and rough grading, renovations to the home that was existing on the property.
  • The investor will receive 100% of their investment returned at closing, then their preferred payment
  • Land is appraised at $445,000 with Equity over 9 Lots or equity of  $245,000 per lot equaling $2,200,000 with additional $300K in costs spent equaling the $2,500,000 equity offering for sale
