- Riverview CT Property, LLC is seeking an equity investment of two million five hundred thousand ($2,500,000) dollars. Funds will be used to supplement the debt financing, currently in place, to complete the project.
- The investor will receive eleven (11%} annual return accrued over 1.5- 2 years
- First Payment in 12 months
- The return will be accrued and paid by the developer upon closing of the sale of the property.
- Riverview, CT Property, LLC has invested to date in excess of $3,000,000 including the purchase of the property, site engineering and subdivision approval, site clearing and rough grading, renovations to the home that was existing on the property.
- The investor will receive 100% of their investment returned at closing, then their preferred payment
- Land is appraised at $445,000 with Equity over 9 Lots or equity of $245,000 per lot equaling $2,200,000 with additional $300K in costs spent equaling the $2,500,000 equity offering for sale
