Basil Fayad is a seasoned commercial real estate finance professional with over 20 years of experience in debt financing, mezzanine, equity and joint venture financing. After spending nearly a decade working in FX at major corporate investment banks, he decided to switch gears and move into real estate finance. Basil is currently serving as Managing Director with Saxon Spencer Capital, where he assists with loan origination, underwriting and more complex transactions through the entire capital stack.
